Shipping policy

Our orders are processed at least 24 hours before. however we make immediate orders according to availability of our flowers and plants.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the deliverer can leave the gift in a secure location for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to make arrangements. Delivery.

Perhaps contacted the recipient: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure that the recipient will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to leave item at the door: Customer assumes all responsibility for requests to leave arrangements. We strongly discourage special instructions that call for delivery to a door, porch, patio, or anywhere the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or defective products due to this special request.

Specific hours: we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, but normally we can deliver before 2:00 pm, however we can make the exception of considering specific hours upon customer request, and approval of our team.
