Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we do not refund money. At Ary Blooms we do everything possible to strengthen our floral products and ensure the quality, precision and beauty of our work.

Due to the nature, seasonality and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will do our best to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering overall shape, size, style and color combinations.
